1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and r769 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r769 online gaming platform accessible at r769.net and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.

By creating an r769 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the r769 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue to use the r769 platform.

These Terms are supplemented by r769's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an r769 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during account operation:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of r769 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from r769.
• You are not registered with any self-exclusion programme that covers the r769 platform.
• You are accessing the r769 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid identity document number. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

r769 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by r769 may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3 Account Management

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active r769 account. Maintaining duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited. r769 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your r769 account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted. You must:

• Keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) strictly confidential at all times.
• Never share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP verification) on your account where offered by r769.
• Notify r769 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

r769 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. However, r769 commits to investigating all credibly reported cases of unauthorised account access and taking reasonable remedial action where evidence supports it.

Dormant Accounts: An account with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as dormant. r769 will make reasonable attempts to notify you via your registered mobile number before any dormancy fees or account closure procedures are initiated. Any remaining balance will be held by r769 subject to verification of your identity before release.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

r769 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. r769 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made via third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger a fraud investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. r769 applies the following general conditions to all withdrawal requests:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method as displayed in your account cashier.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.
• r769 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

r769 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as PSL, major cricket series, Eid celebrations, and other occasions relevant to our Pakistani player base. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders who have completed registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, household, mobile number, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• r769 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and partially wagered an affected bonus will be notified of the specific outcome.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated multi-account play, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account suspension.

During Ramadan and Eid periods, r769 offers culturally appropriate promotions. These promotions are designed with sensitivity to the significance of the occasion and will not involve messaging that conflicts with the spirit of the religious period. All seasonal promotions remain subject to these general bonus terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games on the r769 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and verified by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios using physical casino equipment streamed in real time. The rules of each specific game are displayed within the game interface and constitute part of these Terms where applicable.

For sports betting, including cricket betting covering PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs, the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at r769's sole discretion. r769 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out facility is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, weather interruption, or other unforeseen event, bets will be settled according to r769's published rules for the specific sport and market type.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation constitute the final agreed odds for that wager.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market.

r769 uses real-time fraud detection systems to monitor betting patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated betting designed to defraud r769 will be immediately suspended and all associated wagers voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or maintaining more than one r769 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using the r769 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing your r769 account through automated bots, scripts, or any artificial means not approved by r769.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches. Any winnings arising from an identified technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits. r769 will vigorously pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any r769 game or market.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r769 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the r769 platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly and clearly prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the r769 platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, interface design, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of r769 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r769 platform solely for your personal gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any r769 content.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any r769 software or game code.
• Use any r769 trademark, logo, or brand identifier for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written consent.
• Scrape, frame, or link to r769 content in any manner not explicitly authorised by r769.

The r769 name and logo are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of r769 branding is prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r769 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the r769 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond r769's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations as set out in Section 3.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by technical errors that are promptly corrected by r769 upon identification.

Where r769 is found liable under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of r769 to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your r769 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

r769 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously under the requirements of our international gaming license.

r769 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that are enforced automatically by the system. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 48-hour processing period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once a limit is reached, no further wagers are accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications at player-defined intervals showing time played and net session result.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications that interrupt gameplay to display cumulative session statistics.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or logins are permitted.

r769 reserves the right to impose protective restrictions — including mandatory deposit limits, account reviews, or temporary suspension — on accounts that display patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice where immediate player protection is considered necessary.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

r769 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Chargeback or payment reversal activity on the account.
• Patterns consistent with bonus abuse or coordinated fraud.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Account dormancy as defined in Section 3.

You may close your r769 account at any time by contacting r769 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts with pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to r769's international gaming license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of consumers under applicable local law in their country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and r769, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact r769 customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of your dispute. r769 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may escalate your complaint to r769's compliance department, which will conduct an independent internal review within 20 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under r769's international gaming license.

During the dispute resolution process, r769 may temporarily restrict certain account functions related to the subject of the dispute. This is a precautionary measure and does not constitute an admission of liability by r769.

13 Amendments to Terms

r769 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the r769 platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the r769 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the r769 platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at r769.net/terms-conditions and is identified by its "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
